(1) How long does it take to complete my order?

Your order will be ready in 4-6 business days unless you purchased Rush Delivery which in that case your order will be ready and completed in under 48 hours.

(2) What do I receive when my order is ready?

Your order will be sent to your email in a high-resolution JPG or PNG format.

(3) Can I also receive the editable or vector file?

Yes, just shoot us an email.

(4) Do you offer custom portraits?

Yes, we do, just sent us your photos and instructions and we’ll draw anything you have in mind.

(5) What background options do you have?

When it comes to backgrounds, we provide 3 options:
(a) White or Blank background
(b) Our selection of over 100+ backgrounds
(c) Draw a custom background

(6) What if I am not happy with my order?

Our artists are incredibly talented and always strive to do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we might miss a detail or the essence of the person, we are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

(7) Do I need to pay extra for my pets?

Yes, pets count as a character.

(8) Do I get a discount on large orders?

Yes, any orders with over 10 people get a generous discount plus a FREE Background.

(9) Does the final artwork come with any copyrights?

No, you own complete rights and licensing to your artwork.

(10) Can you work from more than one photo?

Yes, the more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us.

(11) What payment options do you take?

PayPal and all major credit and debit cards.

(12) Will I be charged for revisions?

If the revision was not included on the initial instructions when the order was placed then Yes, otherwise we DO NOT charge for any revisions.

(13) Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer any refunds, keep in mind this is a custom artwork and it can’t be sold again. Our artists work hard and we offer unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your artwork.

(14) Do you offer any printing services?

We work in affiliation with a printing company who takes care of all our printing needs, all the information will be send to you along with your final artwork.
